Terms of service
These terms apply to use of the SUMAX website and purchases made directly from this store. Please read them before ordering, together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies. Purchases from Amazon or another retailer should be handled through the original purchase channel.

Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, images and pricing accurate. Images may look different depending on your screen. We may correct errors or update product listings; these updates do not remove your rights concerning products you have already purchased. If an error affects a paid order, we will contact you about its handling under applicable law rather than add a new charge without your agreement.
Product use
Products sold on this site are cosmetics and personal-care items intended for general use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional medical advice. Review the product label and patch test before use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and seek medical advice when needed; contact customer care about any related order concern.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Review the items, delivery details and total at checkout before authorizing payment. Payments are processed through Antom's hosted checkout. Price changes apply to future orders, not as additional charges to an order already paid for. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and initiate a refund of any payment received. Payment confirmation does not mean an order has shipped; tracking details are provided when available.
Account security and acceptable use
Provide accurate account and purchase details, and keep passwords and verification codes private. Contact customer care if you notice unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, submit false payment or claim information, access someone else's orders or disrupt the website. Sharing a household or delivery address does not, by itself, establish fraud. If we cancel a paid order, any amount due back must be refunded.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Review the shipping charges at checkout before payment and check your address carefully. Delivery estimates are not unconditional guarantees, but we remain responsible for dispatch commitments and obligations under applicable law. Read the Shipping policy
Returns and refunds
You can request cancellation before shipment; cancellation depends on confirmation that the warehouse can stop the order. After cancellation is confirmed, we automatically initiate a refund of any payment received to the original payment method. After the payment provider confirms the refund, allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take longer. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled through your order page. Contact customer care before refusing delivery or sending anything back. Third-party payment and purchase channels
Read the notices provided on Antom's hosted checkout when completing payment. External sites and retailers have their own terms and privacy rules. We remain responsible for reviewing concerns about orders placed directly with this store; using a third-party payment service does not remove that responsibility. Refunds for purchases from another retailer must be requested through that retailer.
Intellectual property
Website text, images, logos and other content belong to SUMAX or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially use this content without permission, except where applicable law permits that use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SUMAX is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes your mandatory consumer rights.
Your consumer rights
These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law, including remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products. Contact customer care about an order issue so we can review it. Contacting us does not waive any legal remedy available to you.
Order concerns and review
If you disagree with the handling of an order, contact customer care with the order details and explain what remains unresolved. You may ask for the decision to be reviewed. Contacting us does not limit any complaint, payment dispute or legal remedy available under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will display the effective date on this page. New terms apply to relevant use and purchases after that date; they do not retrospectively reduce commitments made for an existing order or your rights under applicable law.
