This policy explains what information SUMAX collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. We also store the contents of your shopping bag, your saved addresses, order records, and any messages or attachments you send to customer care. We do not collect or store full card numbers on this site: payments are completed through Antom's hosted checkout. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card numbers in customer care messages.
Access and security records
To protect accounts and review unusual activity, we record some browser or device information, a hashed record of the network address, sign-in sessions and related security events. Hashed network records are not treated as completely anonymous information.
Cookies and browser storage
We use essential cookies for sign-in, checkout and order access, and local storage for your shopping bag and acknowledgement of our cookie notice. Sign-in cookies can last up to 30 days and are cleared when you sign out; checkout and guest-order cookies have shorter, feature-specific lifetimes. Local storage has no fixed expiry. The SUMAX storefront does not use optional advertising or analytics cookies.
Managing browser storage
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser. This may sign you out, remove your locally saved shopping bag or interrupt checkout and guest-order access. It does not cancel an order or delete records held by SUMAX. Local records may remain until you, your browser or the website clears them.
Reading the Cookie notice
Cookie information opens the explanation of browser storage. Got it and Done acknowledge that you have read it; they do not authorize marketing or future optional tracking. There are currently no optional cookie categories to switch on or off. If optional tracking is introduced, we will provide the notices and choices required by applicable law. Antom's hosted payment page has its own notices about cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer care, send service notices and secure your account. Service notices include email verification, order confirmation, shipping, cancellation and refund updates. We are not currently using this site to send marketing emails. Reading the Cookie notice does not subscribe you to email marketing or authorize future optional tracking.
How we share information
We provide relevant information to payment service providers, our fulfillment warehouse and the actual delivery carrier as needed to process payments and fulfill orders. We may also disclose information when required by law. The Antom hosted payment page is covered by its own privacy notices; this storefront policy does not replace them.
Data security
We use measures including encrypted connections, hashed credentials and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact customer care if you notice an account or information security issue.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your profile and saved addresses from your account. You may also request a data copy or deletion of your account, both confirmed by a verification code sent to your email address. The account export contains the information provided by that feature, not necessarily every record we hold. Other requests under applicable privacy law are reviewed according to the requirements that apply.
Account deletion and retained orders
Deleting your account does not cancel an existing order or withdraw a refund or payment dispute. Necessary paid-order records may be retained for tax, delivery, refund and dispute-handling obligations. Other account information is handled by the deletion process. This does not mean every attachment, backup or legally retained record is erased immediately.
Retention and service locations
Information is retained as needed for transactions, customer care, security and legal obligations. We do not promise a single retention period for every type of record or that all information is stored only in the United States. Where processing or retention is subject to additional legal requirements, those requirements apply.
Children's privacy
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review it under applicable requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change and will revise the effective date on this page. Material changes to information uses, service providers or optional tracking will be accompanied by any additional notices or choices required by applicable law. A previous acknowledgement of the Cookie notice does not authorize all future uses.
